Lead hunt: keep searching Facebook until you have enough leads —
A lead is someone you can contact: a profile link, not “Do not contact” under the contact policy, and not messaged yet. The hunt runs these steps in order and stops as soon as the target is reached: comments on Facebook posts you add below, the audience (Page reactors and group members, set under “Audience”), then Facebook searches further and further back (the last 90 days, then 90–180 days ago, 180–365, then 1–2 years ago). A step only starts if its maximum cost fits what's left of the cap. Anything already collected is skipped.
Quick outreach: suggested people —
Ranked by the contact policy (type priority), then reachability and relevance to the claim; “Do not contact” types are hidden. Silverlighthub doesn't send anything: Copy message fills in the template and opens their profile, you send it there, then mark them as messaged (one at a time or in bulk). Pace yourself: platforms restrict accounts that send many identical messages quickly, so vary the opening line.
Audience: people who react, follow or are active in groups —
Collects people who reacted to the company's recent Facebook posts (Facebook shows about 20 per post), people who post or comment in related public groups, and, experimentally, the Page's followers. They join the suggestions above as “Follower or reactor” unless what they wrote in a group shows who they are. Full member lists of groups aren't collected: that needs a logged-in Facebook account and breaks Facebook's terms. Reacting to a cancer-care company can hint at someone's health, so treat this list as confidential.

Contact policy
Who to contact, by type. Suggestions are ordered by priority and “Do not contact” types are hidden and can't be added. Types come from simple rules, the AI, or your own correction (yours always wins).

They get access the next time they sign in with this email (or when they create an account with it). Share the dashboard link with them yourself; Silverlighthub doesn't send email.
Viewer sees projects, pipeline, evidence and mentions. Editor also creates projects, runs analyses and curates evidence. Owner also manages access.
